REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love your MTIQUE purchase. 

• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 4 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition and packaging.

• Customized, made-to-order, or personalized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery and provide photos of the item and packaging.

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund or exchange.

• Abayas made to the customer’s measurements are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
